To record, turn on Keepscript in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. Transcription uses Apple’s on-device SpeechAnalyzer and may first need a speech model download; the app asks before it starts.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not an account we manage. Open Keepscript’s Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases if Pro isn’t showing up on a new device.
All subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
Audio recording is available without a connection. Transcription works offline once Apple’s required speech assets are installed. First speech setup and optional speaker setup ask before downloading models; Apple Intelligence must also be ready for summaries.
